Shipping Information
Spa & Salon Wish ships from its Midwest fulfillment facilities near Minneapolis, MN using FedEx as its preferred carrier. Spa & Salon Wish ships by Next Day, 2nd Day, and Ground service. Shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped using either Next Day or 2nd Day service. A signature is required on all gift certificate deliveries. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (with the exception of Spa & Salon Wish holidays).Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. (For example: Friday orders via Next Day service will arrive on Monday; Friday orders via 2nd Day service will arrive on Tuesday; Thursday orders via 2nd Day service will arrive on Monday.) Gift Certificate orders received after 3:00 p.m. ET will be fulfilled the next business day. (For example: a Next Day order placed at 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday will be shipped on Monday and will arrive on Tuesday.) Ground shipments may take up to 5-7 business days to arrive at the delivery address.
IMPORTANT: Our gift certificates are "cash equivalents". We ship either FedEx with a signature requirement so that you can be assured that your recipient has received your thoughtful gift in a timely manner. Our shipping and handling charge includes a $3.50 customization surcharge. This includes printing, personalization, and specialized packing of your gift certificate order.

How Do I Know If A Participating Spa Or Salon Is Near My Recipient?
Search the Directory of Participating Spas & Salons by state or zip code. Your recipient is sure to find the perfect location near home, work, or a travel destination. If you would like to recommend a spa or salon, please complete this form Suggest A Spa. We appreciate customer feedback and we will evaluate your suggested spa or salon to see if it meets our criteria for membership.

What If The Recipient Does Not Use The Full Value Of The Certificate?
Gift certificates must be used in a single facility. If the full value is not used on the first visit, a credit will be issued for a future appointment.
What If The Certificate Is Not Enough To Cover The Full Amount Of A Service(s)?
Recipients can pay the difference by cash, check, or credit card. Please check with the individual facility to determine their accepted forms of payment.
